لحفظ الطماطم تغسل وتوضع في ماء مغلي ثوان لا تخليها تذوب ثم توضع في ماء مثلج ثم تقشر وتقطع وتحفظ

حفظ بعض الفواكه اللي ممكن تسود زي الخوخ

تغسل ثم توضع في ماء حار ثواني ثم توضع في ماء مثلج وتقشر وتقطع ويوضع عليها عصير ليمون وقليل من السكر وتقلب جيدا ثم تعبا في اكياس

تغسل وتنظف وتوضع في اكياس في الفريزر

التين ايضا ما يعيش فتره طويله في الثلاجه قشريه وقطعيه وشيليه في الفريزر وممكن تاخذي منه كم حبه وتخلطيها مع اي نوع مربى تحبي تسوي بالذات البرتقال
